On Saturday, January 16, close to 30 people interested in applying to US universities came to KEY for a seminar on the topics of standardized tests and the college admissions essay.
Questions have been raised about the necessity and benefits of children learning how to use technology in an in-depth way. Many studies have also talked about negative effects technology can have early in life, which has lead to a negative perception about too much time spent on the computer.
Many experts in the field of child psychology are beginning to support the idea that motivation is even more important than IQ when it comes to predicting a child’s success.
